How to fill in the invoice

  1. Choose a country format

    Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Iran each show the local seller fields. Every other page language starts on the international format: tax ID, IBAN, and SWIFT. The buyer always gets a name, address, and tax ID. Bank details stay on the seller.

  2. Pick the document and the VAT line

    Use Invoice, Proforma, Act of completed work, or Receipt. A receipt hides the due date. Choose a preset rate or Without VAT. Without VAT prints that phrase. It is not the same as a 0% rate.

  3. Check the preview and download

    The preview and the PDF are the same block. Download opens the browser print dialog, including Save as PDF on a phone. The draft stays in this browser. The number advances only after a PDF is produced.

What the invoice shows

A usable invoice names both parties, lists the work or goods, and states the total, the currency, and when the money is due. Add the contract or order number in the basis field so the buyer can match the document.

The amount can be written in words for hryvnia, ruble, dram, rial, dollar, and euro when the page language is English or one of the priority languages. Other page languages use the English line. A payment QR is added only for the Ukrainian and Russian formats.
