My Lua allows customers of businesses using Lua CRM to access information associated with their customer profile.
If you would like to request the deletion of personal data associated with your My Lua access, you can submit a deletion request using the form below.
How deletion works
- We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
- Because some information in My Lua is managed by the business you have a customer relationship with, Lua CRM may forward or coordinate your request with that business.
- Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or regulatory purposes.
- Once a valid deletion request has been processed, personal data that is eligible for deletion will be securely deleted or anonymized, as the case may be.
This process is in line with how Lua CRM handles customer and end-user data described in our Privacy Policy.
